First for Women.. Not putting women first

I had an accident and have filed my claim 3 and a half weeks ago, and the next day the claim was finalised. My car has still not even been booked in for repairs, as per them there is a 'delay in parts' but they promised me that it only takes about 5 days to receive the parts. When I phoned the repair shop to confirm whether or not they have received my parts, the lady that spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I have been phoning the insurance and the repair company and nobody can even give me an estimation of when my car will be booked in for repairs. They also send me from the one line to the next and every person I speak to can't help me. For the last three days they have been telling me for 3 days now that the insurance company or the repair shop will get back to me to confirm when my car can be booked in, but they never get back to me and I have to phone them every day to get an update but they never have answers. I am an article clerk and a student, therefore I need my car to travel to clients. This is really unacceptable.
