First for women not professional as they claim

My vw polo had a minor accident I hit the pole and I think the bumper and my numberplate where damaged which I thought it was minor injuries the following day when I was about to start my car the two signs reflected in my car when I went to my service book it says fault in engine management and fault in exhaust system I phone first for women and explained the accident.<br> The process my claim which took hours and finished my airtime. After processing my claim they took my car to<br> Their telesure and promised to get back to be ASAP.<br> After a day the person assessing my car phoned me and told me his looking at my car and it has very minor damage like I was not suppose to claim at all. I had to explain to the person that the are warning signs reflecting in my dashboard which I felt it was his job to investigate everything in my car because an accident don't only damage the outside.i was contacted that my threshold is 3500 something and my damages are 3200 my claim was rejected and to also call the assessor who told me it's the bumper and the reflecting light are normal to reflect in car similar to mine which I feel patronised.i don't have car while paying for curtsy car can you imagine.
