First for Women not first for anything

I lost my keys tonight at my local spar (house and car). Phoned First for women who told me the best thing to do would be to get a locksmith to open my car so I could get my phone. Then they would tow my truck to my house then send a locksmith to open my house to get my spare car keys. Been almost 4 hours...been towed and had a locksmith open my car but now sitting in my car outside my house in the dark waiting for different locksmiths (could not for some reason have used the same one to follow me home). Am nervous and feeling unsafe and have just had attitude from the Call desk operator after telling her this after panicking on the phone. Then she hung up on me and when I phoned back she told me I dropped the call. I am really disgusted with the service and unhelpfulness and general 'you will just have to wait longer'. Seems it will be at least another hour. Really? This is not the service they claim to provide.<br>
