first for women . not at all

We have been with first for women as we were under the impression that they were quite good with claims . our car was standing in a parked area and a police vehicle went through a wall damaging our car . we were told to pay the amount to repair the car which was R6000 out of our pocket and turn they would claim this amount and pay us back and all we need to give was the police ref number . fast forward to 3 months later and numerous calls and emails . no response and getting nowhere with our insurance claim . we will be cancelling and moving to a different insurance as the customer service and process is the worst ever
