First for Women - NOT a guardian angel!

I am insured with First for Women since 2017. I took my car in for repairs after submitting a claim to them - it was approved . They referred me to their preferred provider Renew-It in Randburg. My car has been there for 6 months and there is no progress. Tried contacting First for women and they would promise to call me back which hardly happened. My premiums are up to date, i have been paying for the last 6 months for a car that is in their possession. The last call made I made to Renew it, was today 13 May 2019, and they advised that the is a shortage of car parts which only arrive on the 4th of June. The question is, how is the car supposed to be with the insurance and First for women has failed to answer that question. They do not live up to their adverti*****ts, as a customer they have failed me.
