First For Women Nightmare

I hit a pothole on the 10th May , according to the assessment 2 tires were damages . My car was only taken to the repair center 6 days after - I had to call First For Women every time to get an update on my car . After being told I might have to pay R6700 for the 2 tyres - I still waited to get updated on the car . On the 22 May get in touch with First for women , when they eventually call me back they still haven’t repaired the car and they are Saying the one Tyre has a slow puncher because the car wasn’t attended for so long . I was then told I will Ben liable for that Tyre damage too and the insurance will not pay for the Tyre and that they will pay 25% of R4200 and I have to pay the rest . All in all I will have to pay about R10 000 excess for wheels .

This is the worst insurance company you could ever sign up to , I thought this would be the perfect insurance for women and it’s proven to be the worst
