First for Women Nightmare
If I could I would give them 0 stars. First they did not pay Netstar or something, but I got billed by Netstar. I have NEVER missed a premium. This happened the beginning of 2017. I call FFW bi weekly, the problem is still not resolved, now I have been blacklisted. To add insult to injury, secondly, FFW debited me a day before our agreed debit date!!! The bank charged me an honouring fee, I am still trying to get it back. As soon as this nonsense is fixed, I AM GONE.
