First for women... More like clients comes last

I have been with First for women for the past 8 years. Never claimed anything. My car shut down yesterday, I called for assistance but no proper help offered. No proper human interaction. Of all the chats I had via call center and online chat each consultant treated me like a number... Read from a rule book and referred me else where. I'm stuck with a car that doesn't start, warranty with an insurance company that benefits from my monthly installment without any assistance and no manufacturer warranty
