FIRST FOR WOMEN IT ISSUES ONGOING UNPROFESSIONAL be wary of them ..
First for women .They must sort out their IT issues and stop harassing the client when the IT error is on their side..Many hours trying to get them to sort out a payment problem which is the fault of their IT .I am sick if it.

23 Jan 2024, 11:54FFW ...After several weeks of trying to get this sorted all I get from you is call centre staff who don't look to see the reference lodged They do a knee jerl reactionnof responding before investigating .I don't believe this has been escalated This is just another generic answer .Due to credit card ***** I provided a new credit card Your problem is your IT division has not removed the old details and replaced it with the new one as advised by one of your consultants THIS is a result of your IT ..and not my side .. Such a big company and you can't get it right. Had your service in chunks..I will not recommend you to anyone .In fact told 2 persons this morning my experiences so advised them to look for insurance Cover elsewhere
