First for Women is unreliable

Today I got into an accident and tried to contact my insurance company, to my surprise the call was answered by a robot and it was not effective in giving me any assistance. Suppose I was stuck in a remote area, I probably would have been a victim of crime. First for Women has false advertising because we signed up knowing that their services are available 24 hours. Now I incured extra costs to get my vehicle to safety. I am I need of a company that will be available to assist 24hours because accidents happen whenever. Don't fall for their adverts that road assistance what not, looks like we are on our own
