First for Women is the worst insurance company!

I am still waiting to recover my access from 1st for Women, I just called the insurance company and the response that I got and previously heard of so many times is - Thulani and Felicia from the Litigation Department are not in today or they are not available. The accident took place in June 2019 and every time I call the insurance company for feedback. The customer service is useless.
