First for women is the worst insurance company

It has been more than a month since my car went in for repairs at first for women . The last time I reviewed them here complaining about an access of almost R10k for replacing wheels they called saying they will take down my excess down to R6700 because they consider getting a puncher because of a pothole an accident . I have to DM them everytime on twitter to get them to call me about updates on the car - the repaired called to say my car is ready . When I arrived First For Women had been dishonest about taking the access down to R6700 , the repairer had no knowledge of what I was talking about . Since last week I have been asking them to send an authorization letter so I can take my car , I went to the repairers and nothing had changed . It would have been cheaper changing the tyres myself if I knew first for women would charge and leave me stranded for more than a month . I was also told I am been charged for a car I rented out - which I never did . I’m definitely changing this insurance .

Please note that they will go on sites and social media platforms and claim they will assist you in resolving the matter . It won’t happen - it’s all just for public .
