FIRST FOR WOMEN IS THE WORST INSURANCE

The WORST insurer one can have, you pay for what you get. After having them as my insurer for a while, i was in an accident. my car was taken in by FFW to a reliable beater in Sandton. I called FFW 2 weeks later to find out how far they were with fixing my car and when i should be paying access. They only tell me then that my car would be towed back to my house because a missed 1 premium. Why on earth did they take my car then? why do they keep silent for 2 weeks till i called? My car came back in PIECES, WORSE THEN HOW I GAVE THEM. A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO WORD FROM FIRST FOR WOMEN.
