First For women is the best insurance i know but the VAP team needs to wake up

I have open a claim for scratches that occurred in the front bumper and left fender , I manage to travel to Polokwane on Friday and on my way back it was heavily windy in the road the bumper manage to unfasten itself and the cover under the fender was touching the Front tyre and it was making a heavy noise . the bumper was loosing itself out of the car. I went ahead and fix the car due to fear of the damage becoming more. Auto magic they Said they Cannot fix my car on the same day , a person must book and be given a day to come and fix the car.

I thought about work that I have to meet up with a clients during the week ,I went ahead and fix the car as I don’t have any alternative car to use during the week. I have submitted proof of payment and invoices they are rejecting the claim because I fixed the car on my own. I want you to assist me as the was nothing I was going to do than to have the car fixed on Saturday as on Monday I was supposed to meet up with a client in Mafikeng that’s about 680km return from Pretoria . the car was really making noise as the cover was touching the tyre and I couldn’t meet up with a client in such a condition
