First for women is not women sensitive

I’m having such a bad experience with first for women firstly their app doesn’t work, I spoke to an agent by the name of Africa a lady who had no interest in me wanting to understand my policy and the fact that I had geyser burst. She just said she will send me a link which also doesn’t work. So at first for women their apps and links don’t work so we can’t claim. Why couldn’t she take my claim if their technology is failing them
