First For Women is not helpful!!

I've been paying @1st for women full premiums for the past 4 years and I've never made any claim since I've been insured with them.

In Feb my brother was involved in an accident with my car and the other party agreed to pay because he admitted that he was wrong but @1st for women told me not accept any payment from him as they will handle the whole situation for me.

@1st for women rejected my claim because the details of my brother were who was the driver at that point were not declared on the policy!

Yes I did not state that my brother will be driving the car.

My question is '' what happened to paying additional excess fee''?

My brother was not wrong on the accident and other party agreed to pay me but @1st for women told me not to accept any payment from the guy because they will deal with him.

@1st for women is this how you rob people their money after they have been loyal and referred other people to you?

My dear friends @1st for women ****** me my money for full 4 years and they said they will not pay me even though my brother wasn't wrong on the accident.

MY DEAR FRIEND PLEASE SHARE MY POST AND HELP YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT FALL OR FACE THE SAME PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WITH @1st for women.
