First for women is horrible.

First for women has given me the worst treatment for the past 4 weeks? I cancelled my car policy on 15/03/24. The consultant did not make any notes as a result I was debited this month. I requested a refund and a recording of the cancellation audio . To date ...since 15/04/24 I am being sent from pillar to post. I had been with them for years. I am completely demoralized and unhappy. Their resolution department is useless. I was told to even prove that THEY debited ME. Still I was told today that they are yet to process my refund
