On the 19th February i got involved in an accident then the following day i contacted my insurance they collected the car the following day the 21st of February 2018 for assessment. Firstly nobody contacted me to keep me updated on my car, when I called for update on the car i was told my car was written off and the assessor will call me. even until today he has not called me. I was told that they will pay me out but minus the access fee of R7800.00, or I can buy my car back. I bought my car back and when collecting my car the guy from the panel beaters told me my car was written off because my license is still new. I got my car back and only R9700.00 to fix my own car. When I called on the 05.04.18 to cancel this **** insurance I was told that it has been cancelled already because there is nothing to insured, because my car was also sent for auction without my knowledge and permission. IS THIS HOW YOU ******* WOMEN BUT YOU SAY THAT YOU FIRST FOR WOMEN. THIS IS PLAIN NONSENSE AND I WANT ALL the MONEY THAT I PAID EVERY MONTH FOR YOUR **** SERVICE. I WILL LET ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD NEVER GO TO FIRST FOR WOMEN BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT FOR WOMEN AT ALL.
