First For Women Insurance - what you see is not what you get!!! (Stay away from them!!!!)

This is my second complaint, after going back and forth with FFW regarding my claim I finally decided not to even pursue them and just settle for whatever damages they deemed important. My car was at the panel beater for almost 10 days, I collect my car today only to find out that damages that were previously included and had been approved for fixing had now been taken out - a guy called Yasheem (an assesor from FFW) called the panel beaters to tell them not to include the previously included damages. No one calls you to tell you that they are cancelling. If someone had called I would have obviously cancelled the job and fixed my car elsewhere. R5300 excess paid to get my car fixed for damages less than R5000. I basically got my car fixed using their own panel beaters. No loss on their part. Panel beaters also don't even call you to notify you that your insurance has cancelled. I wonder why I have been faithfully paying my premiums for the past 3 years. I am cancelling my policy with these guys TODAY!!! Guys I am warning you again, please think twice or thrice before conducting business with these guys
