First for Women insurance that deals with Dent and Stratches

I'm so disappointed with the service of first for Women that deals with Dent and Stratches (Vaps) I have been paying this insurance for dents and stratches for the past 8 years I never made any claim, September I made a claim they requested me to send pictures they told me they will give me feedback within 2 to 3 days I waited after 2weeks I called them they told me my claim was rejected cause it was too high then they ask me to send quotation and I did and still they kept quite I keep on calling them cause they don't send me any feedback and now they giving me the run around, telling they will call me back they never did, it's new stories everytime I call them. M disappointed I wasted my money fr more than 8years I want all my money I've been paying fr all this years cause they too good in deducting but they can't help when they supposed to.
