First For Women Insurance - Poor service

The worst service from an insurance company ever!!!!

After sending my car to a repair centre "approved" and nominated by First For Women Insurance, I have experienced nothing but hell!

Car was promised to be ready on 3 different dates. One of which I went all the way to the repair centre only to be told that my car was not ready (I work an hour away from the place).

My car hire had expired by this time and First For Women Insurance takes no responsibility or will not even assist in the least to extend the car hire. This is no fault of mine yet no one will take responsibility. Not the panel shop(Ballito Autobody), not the parts supplier (MBC parts) and certainly not First For Women Insurance.

This is the type of service providers they recommend and for the premium price we pay, this is the sub-standard service we receive.

I will never recommend First For Women Insurance to anyone.
