First For Women Insurance - Claim being ignored

I had an accident on the 11th of May 2019. My car is insured with first for women and I am not happy at all with the service that they have been giving me. I have never ever received a call from them to give me any updates with my claim, instead I am the one who has to call them and ask for the progress. For things to be done I need to push them, that means holding on the phone for close to 40min because you being transferred to the next person to help you. It was a struggle to get hold of the assessor, firstly they said he was on leave, why did not they assign a different assessor? Taslima is the person processing my claim but I have not spoken to her not even once, tried calling them last week and apparently she was not on her desk and she will call me back, I am still waiting for her call even now. so I do not even know the status of my car anymore because there is no communication. it has been 6 weeks 3 days with no conclusion.
