First For Women Insurance: A terrible experience

Hi All,

I'd like to inform you that you should refrain from even considering First For Women as an insurer as the service is appalling. It took three weeks for my claim to be approved and there is a lack of communication. I've been without a vehicle for 3 months to date and I've had to contact them every single time for an update. There is no sense of urgency with this insurer to make sure that their customers are being taken care of and that they received the service they are paying for. Please think twice before even requesting a quote from them.
