First for women inconvenience

I was involved in a car accident and first for women after doing their own investigations, didn't pay out due to my mom making herself the regular driver of my car, I am listed as one of the other drives aswell. They still haven't sent me the recording of that call when my mom got the insurance for my car, they didn't even bother helping me claim form the third party claim. On the contract it isn't stipulated that if the car is in an accident with one of the other listed drivers they won't pay. I honestly believe that first for women will do anything not to pay out
