First For Women incompetence to deal with clients effectively

People should be aware with dealing with insurance companies that promise more than what they can deliver. In this case First For Women. I lodged a claim with the above company a week ago. Throughout the process nobody informs that there is a ten day turn around. This only brought to my attention today. The damage to my vehicle is minimal, a broken lock and some specified items ******. When ever I call their call centre I am told that the consultant dealing with my claim is not in. So that simply means that the claim is on hold. They don't really care about clients and what they go through during this process. The consultants keep advising that they going to escalate the matter to a manager. Nobody has called to date. FFW trying to hide behind interpretation of the call. For their information I have all their calls recorded . It is sad that a company will promise you so much and can't deliver. I wonder what happens when there are claims of a serious nature, they probably exploit this to a different level. I believe that people should be aware of these shady companies and my experience widely publicized. It is probably time to relook at your policy if you are insured with FIRST FOR WOMEN. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
