First for Women Ill advise left us with a shortfall

Someone knocked into us and to fast track the fixing of our vehicle we processed it through our own insurance, First for women. We made it clear from the day we first processed the claim that they will have to claim our excess back from the 3d party. After our vehicle was fixed and we paid the excess First for women came back to us advising us that they cannot recover our excess from the 3d parties insurance. Left us being ill advised and with a huge shortfall.

Their after service sucks. They do not have their customers best interest at heart. We have subsequently cancelled our insurance with them and moved where we are receiving better cover AND at a better premium.
