First for Women have double standards and poor service

I was hijacked from my yard on 29 March 2022. I contacted them. They called me back on 19 April 2022...2 weeks later!!!. I spoke to someone with a bad attitude named Phili or Philile on top of that. No further communication has been received to date about my policy and claim. Furthermore, the panelbeaters they sent me to are now asking me to pay an upfront large amount before my vehicle is released yet I was notified my excess will be under 7k and I have within approximately 100 days to make payment. I am so stressed, no phone, handbag, car and to add to that bad attitude from this insurance and their partner. This is definitely what I did not sign up for. I have not even received an sms or phone call regarding an update on my claim. Poor service, no empathy or compassion, no sense of urgency and definitely lack of communication! Defintely NOT FIRST FOR WOMEN!
