First for Women has the worst insurance service i have ever experienced in my entire life

First for Women insurance is the worst insurance I know of

I lodged a claim on the 20 July 2018

To date I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get hold of the people responsible for my claim but all I get is a call center agent who tells me that "Im not the on handling your claim but I can put in a message from you"

I even tried to get some assistance from their dispute resolution department via Email but a month and two days later I haven't received any help from them

This is just so disappointing considering that they use women to sell themselves but come claim time you will not get the joy ask me

I have requested that they atleast send me something on email but they have kept quiet and only wait for me to call them with my airtime

Today it is the 22 August 2018 and my issue is still not finalised , they don't even want to pay for the courtesy car that is part of my cover

This is just unbelievable
