First for Women = First for wasting time!
First for women??? IF some women are treated like this, I believe you should change your company name.
Please note my email sent to First for women after multiple attempts to log a third party claim. A client of theirs bumped into me on a congested road. Please note that this is STILL UNRESOLVED AND THE BOOT OF MY CAR CANNOT LOCK SINCE THE ACCIDENT ON 4 JULY 2025. After reporting this multiple times - No follow up and no assessor has seen my car yet. It goes without saying that this is a security risk.
This is after I followed their procedure of calling and sitting on a line listening to a bot and a recording of distorted sound for 10minutes, before getting through to someone and then the line was dropped/ cut off - NO CALL BACK RECEIVED AFTER THE AGENT ASKED IF SHE SHOULD CALL BACK. Surely if you are mid sentence with someone and you can call back, you realize the client would have to sit another 10 minutes on line to get through to you, you phone them back.
Please note my email sent to the agent who managed the case and already concluded their clients claim without processing my part as the 3rd party affected:
Good day When I originally logged the 3rd party claim, your agent said, "should I call you back at another time?" and I said "No, it has to be done now as this is the only time I have" I want the recording of this conversation please, because weeks have gone by without this being processed. I am requesting this formally according to PAIA and expect to receive the recording by no later than Monday 4 August. (No recording received as yet)
Please note the following: - I am a physical the****** and I am in sessions most of the day. I cannot take calls when patients are in front of me. - I therefore specifically asked that a call time be scheduled with me when I am not scheduled with a patient in front of me - THIS WAS NEVER DONE. - I asked multiple times that a time be arranged with me for a call, otherwise I cannot answer. - I asked that an email be sent to me if a call can't be made. This was also not done. It's strange because these days, we rely on email as you can catch up on it whenever you are able to and then we have a record of what is communicated. - After I sat on a line for at least 10minutes, dealing with an answering machine and then transferred from one agent to the next, and then getting cut off (or the line was dropped?) without having any outcome to this date and no follow up call within an arranged time, is unacceptable. - My car is a security risk as the boot cannot lock at all.
Please get back to me in order to get an assessor out as soon as possible. I do not see how this is something my insurance should cover only because there is a lack of follow up and follow through from your company.
I am available to take a call tomorrow before 8h00 as I will be in a conference from 8-4pm OR Monday at 10h50 -11h20. Please confirm which number I will be phoned from and who the agent is I will be speaking to.
The only answer I received to this, was that it will now be forwarded to the third party department. (After a month of trying to get communication!)
This is unacceptable.
I find that if you stand for something like 'helping women' - and you write it into your name... surely, you should treat all women equally? Fixing your client's car but not the 3rd party who she bumped into... this says it all.
