First For Women - extremely bad treatment

Imagine paying for insurance for 3 years and never claiming and when the time comes for you to make a claim for minor damages to your car, SURPRISE they will find excuses not to pay out. It seems that I had insurance but I wasn't covered at all. You start telling yourself that I should have listened when friends and family told me not to use their services. To make matters worse the assessor has the guts to drop the phone on me when I am making queries. It's been 2 weeks ever since I started the claim process going back and forth between consultants and I can tell you that I am never going to use them again or referring anyone else to them Guys BE WARNED, look for insurance elsewhere
