First for women don't pay my money back.

i would like to file a complained for First for women please. on the 13th of December i ask them to cancel my policy with them ***. also talked to them on the 4 and 5th of January 2024. they said they will contact me back, well they didn't, i never receive any confirmation that the police is cancelled. They deduct the premium from my bank account on the 25th December2023!!

I need that money, i am a pensioner and don't have any income..

I really need that money WITH INTEREST PLEASE.
