First For Women - DISHONESTY IN COVERING MY CLAIM

I am currently going through the worst when it comes to this insurer and i regret the day i took out a household content cover with them. I sent a claim regarding my 75inch TV after i accidentally cracked it while doing house renovations. I was painting my interior wall and a few minutes after painting i tried mounting the TV back to the wall and it started to show the crack, that when i noticed the TV wasn't working. they sent a repairer to come and assess the damage and upon their report, i was informed that the assessor noted that the damage was due to electrical fault. This is a lie, this is a dishonest misrepresentation of the actual situation. I'm talking about an insurer that i have been with for over 3 years now without submitting a single claim. They are now falsifying the damage and redirecting it to an electrical fault so that they will not cover my claim. What saddens me is that i even showed the assessors/ repairers the crack and i was honest with the whole incident. If i could rate them a ZERO star i would have done so. I regret the day i took the cover with FIRST FOR WOMEN.
