First For Women disappointments!! Not delivering on promises

I've been with this insurance for a long time. I chose them for the offerings they had. But now, they don't seem to be as competent, it's really bad. Now that I depend on them, they simply don't care. I had an accident in June 2020, they towed my car to get it fixed. It's been been well more than two months now, going on three!!!!!!!!!! It was not a crazy accident to be honest, it's a short term fixable matter. But three months without may car??????? It seems like First for Women aren't bothered at all, I'm still paying right? But don't have my car. I've been following up on a daily and it has been frustrating. First for woman! Get me my car back! Enough of this nonsense!!! Get me my car back. I'm even questioning this insurance. It shouldn't be taking this long. ****** hell!!!! The purpose of insurance is for people to get convenient help when tragedy happens. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enough!
