First for women claim

<p>I am a client of ffw. I was in a chain accident on 27 March. As I do not have an extra vehicle, I ask my insurance for a panelbeater with a courtesy car. I do not have the option of renting a car on my policy. Today is 6 April and still without an assistance vehicle. The 3d party has an insurance. My question is: Why can't ffw not claim from 3d party so I can have a vehicle.? Almost 2 weeks is gone and I wonder if it will not go faster if I call 3 d party insurance and find out about a vehicle....</p> <p> </p> <p>Janine vd Merwe</p>
