first for women charging for cancelled service for 3 years

<p>I just found out that first for women has been charging us for a service that was cancelled in 2013 for the past few years. They themselves admit over the phone that the service has been cancelled yet when I check my bank statement I notice that there is a VAPINSFFW reference that keeps coming up that I could not identify, and now I found out I have been paying for a service that has long been cancelled. How can something like this happen?????? this is an unbelievable violation of trust. You get our account details and continually charge for absolutely nothing.</p>
