First for women cannot assist a woman on womensday

My Fianc? whom would like to remain anonymous has insurance with First for woman Insurance for a while now. She pays a big installment every month and extra for road side assistance. Yesterday on woman's day our car did not want to unlock and we were about 80km away from home. We called her insurance company to come and assist. To our amazement they advised us that they will send someone to tow the car and then someone will fix the problem on Tuesday. We ask them if they would be able to send another vehicle or someone to take us home. They advised us they cannot and we need to get home on our own expenses. They advised me because I am not 100km away from home they cannot arrange for overnight stay. I ask her that if I run 20km further if they will arrange overnight and she advised yes. This is highly unprofessional and how is it that First for woman cant assist a woman on woman's day. If she didn't call me she would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. If we pay extra for this road side assistance we expect to get the service and help when needed. I sincerely hope someone will call and apologize because this is not what we expect to pay for.
