First for women cancellation

During the month of July/August I app**** for insurance on my motor vehicle. The first debit order was scheduled for 01/09/2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to pay the premium amount at that date. I got a letter indicating that my vehicle would not be insured due to the payment not received. I send an email requesting assistance with the cancellation of my policy as I was not able to afford it. I received an income on 06/10/2021 and the first for women debit order went off from my account!!! I am a student and this has a tremendous impact on me! Since then I have send continuous emails following up on the cancellation and requesting a refund but until today I have had absolute no feedback!
