First for women cancelation

After I cancel my policy with them and get a cancelation letter they still debit me my full premium 1 month after cancelation. Leaving my account with insufficient funds I call them they tell me the managers are out on meetings I ask for a 2nd in charge the agent says she will get back to me today I promise. Nothing all day an a weekend goes by. All Monday no correspondence I call again znd the 2nd in charge has left and nothing since the last Friday was done. So I proffesional thank God I canceled I don't know what would have hapend if I had to claim. They *******ly debited my account as they didn't have authority and now are not refunding my premium
