Good morning team, I am writing another review now concerning my wall unit claim with FFW. Goodness Mathebula knows how to ***** people, they have trained so well. A week before last, I received a call from FFW after I reversed their debit and narrated my story why I did that. I was referred to Jaseel who promised that the next day they were gonna call me and sort the issue out as he confirmed that he was seeing it in their screens. I wrote a review on this platform and they rep**** saying they are apologizing and will sort the issue out...up until now I'm still in waiting. They are quiet. What is it that you can do to assist ne further? My geyser is not delivering hot water as we speak but I know lodging a claim with them will be a waste of my precious time. These people are ******. They're just there with empty promises while ripping you off. I am so heartbroken and they know I'm a cardiac patient and thongs like these hit hard on me. Kindly step in, if possible.
