First For Women Angel Service is the Best Ever

This company's SLA is amazing. I had two incidents where my battery was flat and with both these incidents, it took them 10mimutes from the time I made the phone for an Angel to be dispatched. The Ladies end the calls by saying "I will call you within 15-20 minutes to advise when assistance will reach you".

Before they even call to give feedback i.e 5minutes after I made the call, the assigned company called me to find out the proper location where I was at and in 5minutes assistance was there. I mean talk about great customers Service man!!! I was help in Max 20 mins (5mins angel called me after i logged the call, 10mins after the call an Angel was on site 5 - 10minutes the issues was dealt with) and made my way home :) :).

And the consultant do call back within the promised timeframe and they at amazing.
