First for women

I put a claim through for my roof and was rejected, I have request on two occasions for the copy of the letter to state the reason for their rejection and haven't received up to date. i would like to object to the rejection because when i took the building insurance no one came to check that everything was in order, but now I'm being rejected for something I wasn't aware of ant this could have been prevented if an assessment was done.
