First For Women

I am insured with First For Women, but I had the worst service ever. If you phone you hold like 15-20 min or your call is dropped. And for getting the status and outcome of my claim I needed to phone them again again and again. And they only have empty promises, if you phone today it will happen tomorrow if you phone tomorrow it will happen the next day. So for me First for Women cant do what they promise and you need to phone around to find out what is going on with you claim. I am so embarrassed by them because my son that came to visit from America had to sort out our claim. So First For Women is a big NO NO from me
