First for woman trouble
Horrible service. I have been with first for women for 6 years. Paid all my premiums. Paid extra for cover for my wedding ring. Increased the value with proof of evaluation. They have no problem taking my money. My ring got stollen in January and they refuse to pay out the value. They are forcing me to use one of their suppliers in Johannesburg to make my ring at less than half it's worth. Did everything they wanted from me. Even got quotes in addition to my evaluation. How can i pay a premium for a service i did not received. I asked them if it is better to increase my insurance as diamonds increase in value. They where quick to increase my premium but now refuses to pay out the value insured. I have been fighting for threemonths now. Not happy at all

One of our Customer Relation Specialists attempted to contact you, without success and there were also no room to leave a voice message.
We confirm that your complaint was received and dealt with by our Internal Dispute Resolution department. On the 2 March 2018 the outcome of our findings was discussed with you and the agreement is that you will revert back to us today, 05 March 2018.
In view of the above, we will appreciate it if you will be in contact with our Internal Dispute department in order to conclude the matter.
