First for Woman - Putting the Client First!

I had a accident at 05h30 on the 10th October 2019. I was literally two blocks from work when this occurred. Immediately, a First for Woman consultant contacted me asking if I was alright and whether or not I would require a tow truck. I mentioned that I was still in shock and would request a tow truck once I had calmed down. Literally after 5 minutes I requested a tow truck. I was honestly shocked at the quick response received and within minutes I received a notification on my app with the Tow Truck drivers name,photograph & Registration number of his vehicle. He immediately hooked my car and took me to Renew-It Sandton where my car was to wait for assessment. My accident happened Thursday morning and the following Monday I had feedback that my vehicle will be fixed. I must admit I was not happy with the choice of Panel beaters and expressed my dissatisfaction of this to the Assessor - He quickly organised to have my vehicle repaired at an approved panel beater of my choice. I work in Sandton but live in Pretoria. Its been a month and I have already received my car back.
