First for woman lost my car
on the 16th of March my claim was approved and authorized on POLN:***, before that I explicitly asked my insurance not to send my car to Renew IT as I find them useless based on previous dealings and they chose to ignore me. We agreed on a panel beater, north city panel beaters, when I phoned them two weeks later I heard that my car is no where to be found. Eventually it was revealed that it was STILL in the stockyard. after holding on for 22 min for [Email Removed] to find out what is going on call was dropped and no return Call.

FFW you have lost a client due to your inability to manage a claim and keep me updated. Pathetic
