First For Woman Insurance Claims

As usual when its time to claim there is always some sort of issues. Last month I added onto my policy 2 brand new cell phones and a laptop. My son's new cell phone and tv was ****** when I tried to make a claim after owning the phone for 3 weeks suddenly the phone was not stipulated and I am told I wanted a quote. Why would I clearly ask to add 2 new phones and a laptop and remove the old phones and old laptops off my policy? I even gave them the IMEI numbers for both phones and the serial number of the laptop. Giving them the serial numbers etc clearly tells you that you are adding it onto a policy and not asking for a quote They are now saying I wanted a quote so the phones and laptop have never been insured. I never once asked for a quote I clearly requested for the items to be insured. I have told them 3 times to listen to the phone recordings and never once have I requested a quote for the 3 items. Now after my 3rd phone call I am now waiting for management to call. Typical insurance always an issue when it comes to paying. But their advertising makes it look so easy to claim.
