First for woman insurance are the worst!!!!

Pathetic service...Been their clients for many years with minimal claims. Their service the last year has been declining. Had to add a vehicle recently and it took 3 hours on the phone with them. Had a claim been pending for 3 months and still no payment. The claims clerks never phone you back. Be prepared to spend all your time, energy and money for no claim service at the end of the day. I have raised my concerns with them twice now, and that is over a month ago and still waiting for their feedback and I have warned that I am thinking of moving our insurance if they don't respond, been another 2 weeks down the line, no response. I have had it. Tomorrow I am going to look for insurance elsewhere.
