First for woman happy to take premiums but not provide policy documents

Good Day, can someone urgently assist. I have a policy with 1st for woman, but I have not received a copy of the policy. I have requested it a few weeks ago but I have not received the documents. They happy to debit for premiums but they don't provide policy documents this doesn't make sense to me. if I don't get my policy by Tuesday the latest then I want to cancel this policy and be refunded my money back because clearly I don't insurance In place, I'm not covered.
