1st incident

My car was under-insured i was called by the bank to inform me that the car is underinsured

2nd incident

when they sold me the cover they told me it had warranty cover only to find that it did not have when i asked for the recording it the consultant clearly told me that i have warranty cover on the insurance cover but since then they haven't come back to me with a conclusion Consultant is Andile Jwara

3rd incident

I was also underinsured on my rim and tyre policy and it was not explained to me clearly no policy documents were sent when i took the cover only today when i requested the documents they sent them

1st For Woman i am not happy with your service and its is leading me to head straight to the ombudsman for further assistance because when ever i call in i have to hold for hours and no one seems to be of assistance
