First for woman changing policies and not informing clients when I specifically asked what changed.
Just when I thought they did effort to give me a better premium, I see there has been changes made to my policy without my knowledge and when confronted about it Dorothy told me “I shouldve mentioned it to you” Yes you should have because you are waisting my time everyday going back and forth, back and forth. By bringing doen my premium with R50 only I might add, you said my excess was R2.9k, under this premium my partner should also be covered as previously with First for woman, but you changed it without teling your clients and now my partner has an excess of around R8. How do you go from R2.9 - R8 without telling me on the phone when I asked you “what changes were made?” This is ********* to do without letting your clients know. All First for woman clients ,please go check your policies before you sign as Im sure you were also not informed. This is really disgusting behaviour coming from a service provider where I have been a loyal paying customer for over 3 years. Very disappointed and I called you first before posting a complaint to give you an opportunity to fix but you didnt.
